  • 5 User package for $24.95 per month includes set up, support, management, webmail access and 5GB per user mail boxes. (Breaks down to $4.99 per mailbox per month)

  • 10 User package for $44.90 per month includes set up, support, management, webmail access and 5GB per user mail boxes. (Breaks down to $4.49 per mailbox per month.)

  • 25 User package for $99.75 per month includes set up, support, management, webmail access and 5GB per user mail boxes. (Breaks down to $3.99 per mailbox per month.)

  • 50 User package for $174.50 per month includes set up, support, management, webmail access and 5GB per user mail boxes. (Breaks down to $3.49 per mailbox per month.)

    • 75 User package for $224.25 per month includes set up, support, management, webmail access and 5GB per user mail boxes. (Breaks down to $2.99 per mailbox per month.)

    Beyond 75 users it would be best to opt to manage a virtual private mail server and prices vary depending on space and management. Call us for custom information.

    Additional mail services available:

    • Mail boxes start out at a 5GB limit, but additional space is available at 1GB blocks at 2 to 4GB/$1.00 per GB per month, 5 to 9GB/ $.75 per GB per month, at 10GB up/$.60 per GB per month.
    • PGP End to End Encryption from your client is set up by you on your end. Other variation of encryption are available and other fees are involved. These are done on a case by case basis.
    • Calendaring through the mail server: $2.00 per email per month and count’s against you email space.
    • Currently, the mail servers are mirrored, so if one goes down you still get mail and can access webmail. This largely depends on your browser settings, but normally, if you can’t get mail the server timing is set to check for mail changes every 5 minutes. You would just wait 5 minutes and recheck your mail by refreshing the page. This will auto-revert back to the primary mail server when it becomes available. There is NO cost for this feature, it is included.
    • Offsite mail back up is available, but is per account per size basis. Currently, per 5 standard email boxes backup is $20.00 per month for regular mailboxes. Additional fees can apply if you are backing up larger mail boxes. Your email is backed up in a secured storage server and duplicated between two data centers. Larger mail set up utilizing more email, call us for pricing.

    All webmail has per user spam filters which are self managed. DotGov Mail does not block any incoming mail to users. If you turn off your spam filtering, you will receive spam. If you turn it up too hard, you won’t get mail. For questions, please look at the spam filtering pages or call support. By default, the spam filter is set at a reasonable level, which reads know spam from RBL block lists and sends that mail to your junkmail box. DotGov Mail never deletes mail unless requested to by the valid account holder who is the Administrator for your mail domain.
